“ The only downside is the slightly high prices, though theyre comparable to other lunch spots in downtown Seattle. If it werent for the cost, I would eat lunch here every day. For firsttime visitors, I recommend the fried chicken. Asian food enthusiasts will love the Chayi chicken and beef stew. ”
“ I got the fivepiece fried chicken rice here, and I really enjoyed it Starting off with the fried chicken, I found this to be excellent. Its very well seasoned on the outside, giving it that extra flavor that it doesnt need but will certainly use. Secondly, the breading is topnotch throughout theres rarely a spot thats lacking in fact, many spots have that slight bit of extra flakiness to them. While the detail thickness of the batter isnt up to somewhere like District H, since this is meant to be mixed with rice, the lighter and less crunchy alternative works very well here What impressed me the most about this chicken was how well cooked juicy it is. Its very difficult to get the internal temperature of fried chicken correctly, but here they managed do it perfectly. The chicken thighs were really juicy, perfectly cooked, and even slightly pink on the inside. While the rice was pretty simple they did a great job with it. It was basically perfect as the base for the dish. I enjoyed mixing the vegetables and the 12 egg into it to come out with a great base. I very much also appreciated the sauces given as an option next to the food truck. Pouring the mayo chili sauces over the rice, and mixing it in just gave an incredible amount of flavor to each bite. The other fantastic part about this meal was how massive the portion was. The price of around 13 is your standard work lunch pricing, but the amount of food given was significant particularly the amount of pieces of chicken. I was barely able to finish this meal, and I was full for a long time after that. Overall, this is some really fantastic, relatively healthy food with a great price and a very strong portion size. 9.2510 ”

I would have preferred the broccoli and veggies served warm instead of cold, but they were still fresh and the whole meal was great. Good price, and not very long wait to order and receive.
